Description

◆海帶芽是生長在海洋中高營養價值的天然食品
◆精選上等海帶芽原料中最幼嫩的部分
◆經高溫殺菌後再乾燥至水分5%方便保存
◆復水後其鮮度及養分也不流失,而且又有飽足感

調理方法
1.將乾海帶芽用水浸泡約5~10分鐘,即可漲至15倍,撈起擰乾即可備用,稱為海帶芽。
2.各式料理與作法:

🍵湯煮海帶芽
      味噌湯、蛋花湯、柴魚湯、各式高湯、日式拉麵……皆可適量加入海帶芽,煮約2分鐘即可。
 
🍵涼拌海帶芽
      將海帶芽置入鍋中水煮約2分鐘,熄火待水冷卻後膨脹至稍有厚度,撈起擰乾與白芝麻、醋、香油、調味料等混合拌勻即可,風味絕佳。
 
🍵清炒海帶芽
      熱鍋先將薑絲、麻油、醋、少量糖、鹽炒勻(鹽巴少量即可,因海帶芽本身有鹽味),再將海帶芽置入鍋中炒約2分鐘即可,風味獨特。
